“ A chic yet welcoming place, the kind that makes you feel a bit VIP but not out of place. The courtesy and professionalism with which you're welcomed is a great added value. Just a few tables, impeccable table settings, and dishes carefully crafted and prepared to perfection by the chef. You can opt for the tasting menu, which changes every three months depending on the season, showcasing local products "according to their harvest," or choose the à la carte menu. I opted for the second course, and while waiting for my dishes, I "received" a three-course appetizer: a mini burger made of cheese pizza with ciauscolo, olivetta ascolana, and a mini white chocolate ice cream cone filled with cured meats and pistachio cream (delicate and flavorful at the same time!). The rest of the lunch was a crescendo of tastes and flavors. For dessert, a mock hard-boiled egg (it satisfied all five senses): white chocolate filled with passion fruit on a bed of chopped pistachios and cocoa cookie powder. I will definitely come back to try the summer menu. ”

“ My partner and I had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable evening at Blob Caffè. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with extreme kindness and friendliness by the wait staff. The atmosphere was truly pleasant, with elegant and refined furnishings dominated by the color white. Each table was adorned with a blooming rose, a detail that gave the setting a romantic touch. After taking our seats, we were given the option of choosing between several tasting menus or opting for the à la carte menu via a convenient QR code on the table. After perusing the menu, we decided to try a culinary experience with the tasting menu called "Altra Visione." The wine list was truly impressive, offering a wide selection of the finest labels from all over Italy. We chose an Umbrian red, the ZIGGURAT DOC Montefalco Rosso, which proved to be an excellent choice. Its intensity and complexity truly enriched every course. The evening began with a welcome aperitif, consisting of a trio of small and delicious appetizers, including a cube of veal, a mini cheese muffin with a slice of ciauscolo, a savory Ascoli olive, and a fried cremino. It was a great introduction to the flavors we would be savoring throughout the dinner. The tasting menu was impeccably served, each course a work of art for both the eyes and the palate. The coffee-marinated veal topside with a cream of fava beans and sweet and sour red onion was a true masterpiece of balanced flavors. The artichoke with a loin stick and pecorino cheese was tasty and original. I must mention the fried chicken with strawberries and lemon, a surprising and delicious combination. The first courses were exceptional. The partridge tortelli with smoked salted butter, strawberry sauce, and arugula were simply spectacular. The asparagus risotto was delicate and full of flavor. Moving on to the main courses, both the pork with sweet potato and agretti and the porchetta rabbit with artichoke were melt-in-the-mouth dishes. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the flavors blended harmoniously. The desserts were the icing on the cake of this unforgettable culinary experience. The caramel, mango, and strawberry mousse was a true delight, while the fake egg stuffed with passion fruit was a refreshing and sublime surprise. At the end of the dinner, Chef Gianmarco Di Girolamo, the talent behind this wonderful culinary experience, personally came to our table to say goodbye. We complimented him on his exceptional work. He then guided us through the splendid underground cellar, where numerous prestigious bottles of wine from all over Italy and beyond rest. Once we had settled the bill, we left the restaurant with the promise to return soon to savor the summer tasting menu. Compliments to the chef for his extraordinary skill and the impeccable dining room service we received. ”
